此次介紹的Lifebook UH574定義在商務應用的筆記型電腦，外殼採用鋁鎂合金，兼顧了質感與機殼強度，整機重量約1.36kg，硬體方面搭載i7-4500U ULV處理器，最高工作時脈為3.0GHz，記憶體方面搭配8GB的DDR3L-1600，可自行升級與更換，硬碟部分搭配128G SSD，可自行更換SSHD(混和式硬碟)或是做其他應用。
顯示部分採用13.3吋螢幕並搭配電容式觸控板，UH574 無獨立顯示卡，採用的是處理器內建的 Intel HD Graphics 4400，要玩一般輕度3D遊戲與FHD甚至是藍光影片可以說綽綽有餘。音效設計上，採用 Realtek ALC283 HD晶片，內建立體聲DTS Boost揚聲器。
變壓器的部分，變壓器輸出為19V / 3.42A，體積相當小，方便攜帶

這台Lifebook UH574算是上一代UH572的全新升級產品，保有了上一代的優點，並加入螢幕觸控功能，讓使用功能更加強悍，在續航力表現，UH572 4cell 42Wh 2840mAh 續航約5小時，升級至4cell 48Wh 3300mAh 續航約12小時，整整多出了7個小時之久，比較可惜的是面板採用1366x768解析度，目前許多13.3吋筆記型電腦採用1366x768以上的解析度，可能考慮到耗電的問題,才採用較低的解析度面板,目前市面上許多Ultrabook都無法做硬體上的升級與更換，但這台Lifebook UH574可以自行更換記憶體與硬碟部分，硬碟部分也是標準的2.5吋規格，在升級時有更多的產品可選擇；外觀部分雖然簡約但採用紅色邊飾做點綴，在沉穩中帶有一點時尚感；產品的定價雖然高於消費性筆記型電腦許多，不過對於有需求的商業人士，這台Lifebook UH574是一個不錯值得考慮的機種。
