Gladiator 600 機箱，主要針對一般用家市場，外型討好，全黑鐵色機身加上網紋前面板，配上黑色霧面外框，中間配以暗灰色反光橫板作為前擴充面板，尤如一條腰帶的設計，令整個前面板都亮起來，十分奪目。前面板上設有音效輸出、麥克風輸入、兩組 USB 及一組 E-SATA 插位，十分齊全。
Gladiator 600 支援 M-ATX 及 ATX 主機板，尺寸為 202 x 435 x 480mm ，重量為 9.7kg ，機箱採 SECC 鍍鋅鋼板製造，前面板採用網狀材質，有助機箱內部散熱，內有 5 組 5.25 吋硬碟安裝位置，底下設有另外 5 組 3.5 吋硬碟位置，並附送配件能將一組 5.25 吋位置變成 3.5 吋，方便用家安裝讀卡器等裝置。
產品主要利用空氣流動散熱，故並沒有支援水冷的位置，但前面設有 1 組 120mm 、 1,200rpm 連 LED 風扇，內部同時設有另外 4 組 120mm 風扇安裝位置，分佈在後、頂部及側板之上，而為方便用家控制溫度，當中 4 組更可供安裝 140mm 風扇，令機箱內部的熱氣得以值對流帶離機箱。
Gladiator 600 機箱將電源供應器安置在底部，除了能令機箱底部較重得以平穩安放外，更可以讓電源器排放出的熱氣從底部的排氣孔排走，令機箱內的溫度降低；而底部的排氣孔附設有隔塵網，方便清洗。此外，機箱設有 7 組擴充插糟，並採用免工具安裝設計，方便安裝。
