Intel changes stepping, thermal specifications of Core2 E4400
Maximum Case Temperature由L-2製程的61.4C提升到M-0 stepping的73.2C ，另外Extended Halt Power Specification也從原本的12W降為8W ，根據Intel說法BIOS update是必須的PCN
