【開箱簡測】ORIGO USB Type C to RJ4.5 2.5G (OTC-25T) 網路轉接器效能簡測
因為某些因素，轉而找尋其它網路晶片來上網。目前市面上2.5G網路晶片除了Intel外，只剩下Realtek吧。由於PC桌機的PCIe擴充槽幾乎
都用的差不多，只能尋求USB裝置來上網。
搜尋網路店家有賣USB to RJ45 2.5G產品，價格帶差距頗大，保固期
間也分別為1年或2年，USB接頭有的是Type C，有的維持Type A。

因為一時眼花，看錯品牌以為是另外一款Orixx為名的儲除品牌，等到
下訂到貨，才發現買錯。將錯就錯，因為它有附上USB Type C轉Type A
接頭，也是會買的因素之一。採用Realtek RTL8156B，保固期為一年，
鋁合金外殼應該有助於消除網路上其它人說類似產品有可能會積廢熱過
燙的變數。

今也超過一年，很可惜的是雖然有經銷商名稱，卻無聯絡電話或店家
地址。

整個包裝就是這麼簡單，除了說明書，沒有其它額外配件。

包裝袋拿出網卡，產品LOGO印於上方，Type C接頭附上保護蓋，Type A
轉接頭附線綁在一起，避免遺失，也算是廠商貼心之處。

RJ45接頭有兩組指示燈，正常1G以上速率會亮起綠燈。

上網過程中，看到之前2.5G Switch似乎有降價，目前最便宜的應該還是
這款tp-link TL-SG105-M2，似乎是唯一低於3000元價位帶，若努力一點
找還有低於2900元。

開箱可以看到所有內紙盒上分隔擺放Switch、變壓器及止滑貼。

Swtich採前方接孔，雖然有利於機架環境使用，不過個人比較喜歡家用
桌面環境為背後LAN接口。面板上除了型號外，也有燈號指示說明。

上方處採霧黑塗布，可以減少指紋印。

背面很簡單，就一個變壓器接孔，沒有其它散熱設計。

因為採取被動散熱解決方案，兩側都有開孔，相較於使用中舊款的散熱
機制，其散熱孔開的更大。

測試環境簡述:
M/B: ASUS MAXIMUS XIII Hero BIOS 1402
CPU: i7-11700K oc 5.0G
RAM: GSkill DDR4-3000 8G*4
OS SSD: Samsung 980 PRO 2TB
USB 2.5G網卡: ORIGO OTC-25T (對照組: Intel i-225v)
1.0G Gigabit Swith: tp-link SG105
2.5G Multi-Gigabite Switch: tp-link TL-SG105-M2
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 64-bit
網路傳輸: 中華電信光世代 500m/250m
將USB接在電腦時，可看到自帶Windows版Driver，供使用者自行安裝，
需先安裝後才能使用網路功能。

裝好後在裝置連線或是裝置管理員，顯示為Realtek USB 2.5GbE產品。

因為是簡單家用上網需求，家裡沒有擺NAS做對傳測試，只能簡單測試
搭配光世代的測試軟體，看是否能上到該有的速度，分別測試Type A
接頭及接在主機板TB4 Type C或是內接USB 3.2 Gen2x2轉Type C不同
接頭下的實際傳輸率。
先在舊的Gigabit Switch (SG105)上測試。
對照組Intel i225-v很輕鬆的就可以達到光世代的基本門檻。

將隨附的Type C轉Type A接頭接上，接在主機板上的USB Type A接孔，
咦~~傳輸率竟然上不去，測試幾次後都有同樣的情況，上行速率雖可達
光世代要求，但下行速率始終維持在300多Mbps而已。

拔除掉USB Type A轉接頭，直接以Type C接在主機板內建TB4 Type C接
孔處的實測結果，又讓人意外，試了幾次都一樣，這回換下行速率正常
後，變成上行速率被腰斬，只有約150多Mbps。

接回主機板內建Type E USB 3.2 Gen2x2轉至後擋板上的Type C接頭，
這回測試速率總算正常，不論是上行速率或下行速率均達光世代標準。

接著將使用環境移到2.5G Switch上再測試。
對照組Intel i225-v還是輕鬆的就可以達到光世代的基本門檻。

OTC-25T搭配USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type C轉接口，也可達到光世代門檻。

測試至此，作個簡單的測試結論：
優點
1. 鋁合金外殼長期使用，觸摸溫度還是低溫。
2. 提供Type A轉接頭，方便使用者不同環境需求。
3. 出廠提供Windows Driver，避免還要先上網下載對應Driver。
4. 廠商提供一年保固。
缺點
1. Mac版無預載Driver。
2. 與Thunderbolt 4 Type C似乎存在相容性問題，不確定是否為RTL8156B的通病。
3. 廠商未能提供保固電話或地址。
4. 未能像某些廠商提供兩年保固。
以上不專業之簡單測試到此結束，下台一鞠躬，一切的批評希望廠商能見諒，
