【綜合簡測】2022年PCIe 4.0x4 8組效能型主控 2TB NVMe TLC SSD效能大亂評 (圖多)
過去的一年來陸續有Gen4x4新血加入，讓原本沉悶的PCIe 4.0x4 SSD造成短暫話題。本篇測試的重點是以2021年底到2022年底訴求讀取速率
為7300MB/s以上新一代主控或SSD為主，2021年測試的那篇中，很多測
試過的SSD多已拿掉。
受測產品及規格資料如下表，依上市時間序登場。測試基準改以Samsung
980 PRO為主，新納入在2022年露臉的新主控或品牌，包括Solidiam P44
PRO、Samsung 990 PRO、SN850X、創見MTE250S、Kioxia Exceria PRO。
不可否認的是衍生於Phsion PS5018-E18的產品在市面上還是偏多。本篇
將以第二代Phison PS5018-E18主控布局的相關產品為受測產品，換句話
說，目前市售高速SSD的相關主控都將會出現在本測試。

上述規格表中，各家都是提供5年保固，TBW保固值還是不同，TBW最低
的是KIOXIA Exceria PRO，僅800TBW，最大器的是Axisplus提供5年保
卻未對TBW保固值有所限縮。
若以Crystal DiskInfo健康度掉1%的寫入量來看，同樣都是TCL NAND的
耐寫度差異性卻極大，或許各廠主控日後可以考慮再修正。不可否認的
是980 PRO的耐寫度表現最佳，創見MTE250S，P44 PRO。與前一代E18相
比，第二代E18主控搭配的NAND Flash耐寫度均有提高，只有KIOXIA
Exceria PRO較不耐寫。

若以運作溫度觀察，自帶散熱器或石墨烯散熱貼的散熱效果，多不如
搭配主機板或第三方散熱器更能降溫。

測試碟: 各受測SSD (CPU專屬通道M.2插槽)
SSD散熱器: 原廠散熱器(片)或 RADIATOR HDM2280-FT 附渦輪扇固態硬碟散熱器

OS: Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 64-bit
Driver: Windows Default NVMe Driver
以下測試分為幾個部分評比：循序讀寫、4K讀寫、應用軟體整合項目，
這其中又會分為不可壓縮及壓縮環境兩個子項目，這樣合計拆分為八個
測試組別。第九個組別，是某些軟體提供混合環境。由於測試檔案圖檔
太多，均採Excel圖表整理。
(一)非壓縮環境，循序讀寫測試：
AIDA64 線性讀寫測試，設定檔案容量為8MB。
線性讀取平均速率以P44 PRO表現最好，Exceria Pro第二，IG5236拿到
第三名；線性寫入的平均速率反倒是MTE250幾乎不掉速，表現超強，
P44 PRO取得第二名，Exceria Pro為第三名。。

AS SSD裡，1GB或10GB容量的循序讀取速率，都是SM2264最快；寫入速率
在1GB小檔是IG5236最快，10GB容量是Fury Renegade最快。

PRO最快，Exceria PRO最慢；平均寫入速率最快則是IG5236，P44 PRO反
而掉入落後群。

HDTune循序讀取/寫入測試，讀取測試是IG5236些許領先打敗Phison系主
控相關SSD。寫入測試的前三名仍是Phison系主控包辦，值得留意的是不

目中延遲最長；寫入測試多數新一代主控的延遲都一致穩定。

(六)壓縮環境，4K相關讀寫測試：
4K QD1項目
Anvils軟體裡，讀取速率仍是Phision主控的強項，前三名反倒是特仕版
的E18主控贏過正規軍的E18主控；非Phsion主控還是WD與Samsung互有領
先，SM2264在這裡表現最弱；寫入測試戰局反倒大逆轉，SM2264主控平均
表現最佳，990 PRO表現也大約是第二名，其它家主控則陷入混戰中。

ISO傳輸以P44 PRO表現較佳，程式載入SN850X反差極大且不穩定，P44 PRO
最弱。遊戲傳輸同樣也發生SN850X級大的反差現況。若以存取時間觀察，
P44 PRO的延遲時間普遍偏長。

以980 PRO為測試基準，將所有的變數納入測試，由Kingston Fury
Renegade取代FireCuda 530成為新的Gen4.0x4 TLC SSD速度王，但是有
點很重要的是，測試的FireCuda 530跟980 PRO都是已寫入超過約200TB
的舊碟，假設它也是全新的，或許第一名仍是FireCuda 530也說不定。
不可否認的是前三名都是Phison系主控包辦，應該歸功於Phison系主控
在壓縮環境延用以前Sandforce的優勢所帶來的。非Phison系主控的SSD
最快的仍是990 PRO，贏了前一代980 PRO約20%，至於SM2264主控原本是
寄予厚望，表現的結果只能說穩，速度不是它追求的吧。

若將所有的Burst排除於測試時，多數效能會降低約1%或更多，Kingston
Fury Renegade仍是第一名，前三名還是Phison系主控，990 PRO仍是非
Phison系主控的扛霸子。

如果將所有壓縮測試排除，Phsion E18主控的效能縮減少了將近14%，
前三名的排行發生改變，990 PRO己入第三名且與Phsion系主控差距縮小
至4%以內。Eeceria Pro掉到第五名是蠻意外的，原本以為它還可能是前
三名。

最後將壓縮功能及Burst選項都拿掉，前三名仍是Fury Renegade、
FireCuda 530及990 PRO。

若以2022各家主控來看，不論是壓縮環境或是非壓縮環境，Phison E18
主控效能在多數測試軟體中還是是跑分王。但是，多數的Phison E18系
列主控SSD的工具軟體都很糟糕，除了FireCuda 530以外。2022年高速
TCL SSD，除了WD與Samsung的工具軟體較成熟也提供Secured Erased，
其它家的SSD只能說工具軟體或其它功能還有很大的進步改善空間。
以上不專業之簡單測試到此結束，下台一鞠躬，一切的批評希望廠
商能見諒，本文不作筆戰用，若有指教歡迎大家一起來討論。
