CPU-Z 1.39正式版釋出

CPU-Z 1.39 is available. The news are :
1.Windows Vista 64 support.
2.VIA CX700/VX700 chipset.
3.Added Merom XE (X7900/X7800)
4.Added "PCI" and "MaxPCIBus" in the ini file to configure PCI scanning.
5.Added "-core" parameter to display the clock speed of the specified core.
