Post-Doctoral Fellow Opening in Computational Biophysics/Chemistry

The Structural Biology Department at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences,
Academia Sinica in Taiwan has an opening for a post-doctoral fellow in
computational biophysics/chemistry starting 1 August, 2008.

We are looking for a scientist interested in protein recognition/design,
and/or method development. The focus will be directed towards unraveling
the fundamental principles underlying important biological processes and
applying these principles in protein design.

The applicant should possess a Ph.D. in computational biophysics/chemistry,
a solid understanding in both biological problems and
computational techniques, and a good publication record.
In addition, the applicant should be pro-active and possess excellent writing
skills.
The applicant should not have any visa problems entering Taiwan.
