Epson just announced that they started shipping the samples of their new 0.52 inch high-temperature polysilicon (HTPS) TFT color panel (L3F05Q-80200). Coming as another option to the ULTIMICRON series and targeted for use in LCD broadcast and industrial camcorders for professionals, it has QHD (960 x 540) resolution in red, green and blue for 1.56 megapixels. It has been reported to have very good compatibility with Full HD (exactly one-quarter the resolution) and thanks to its color filter no color breakup problem that usually occurs “while shooting fast-moving objects and panning”.

不過要做投影機的話,技術上最大的問題是....冷卻上的問題!(該裝置水冷嗎?)
