Postdoctoral position in nanostructured MTJs for MRAM application

Applicants are invited for a postdoctoral research position in the areas of fabrication and characterization of nano-scaled magnetic tunnel junctions. We have excellent facilities to fabricate nano-scaled MTJs and to investigate their microscopic, electrical, and magnetic properties. The main facilities include: photolithography, electron-beam lithography, ion beam sputtering, ion-beam etcher, ICP-RIE, MFM, TEM, AGM, SQUID, MOKE, I-V, and MR measurements. The interest is to understand the science and technology of nanostructured MTJs for all kinds of applications, especially for the application of Magnetic Random Access Memories.
